Balenzia's return policy gives you an option to return items purchased if the customer receives different, damaged, or defective products within a specified return period.
1. Return Period: Returns should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. You must raise a return request by emailing us at Customercare@balenzia.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
3. Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
4. Refunds will only be processed if the customer receives different, damaged, or defective products.

2. We will ask you to share the product's images and would verify the same.
3. Post verification, we would initiate the return process. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we would do a quality check and initiate a refund or exchange.
4. Please note that we do not refund the Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
5. Please note that we would not initiate the refund if we receive a damaged, defective, used product or product not in the original condition or without tags, labels, and original packaging.
Payment method for a refund:
Prepaid order :
For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed back via the same payment method. The timeline for the same would be 5-7 working days. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The refund would be initiated once the product is received at the source hub.
COD order :
For COD orders, we shall dispatch a cheque within 10-15 business days. We will send a cheque only to the billing address of the customer. The refund would be initiated once the product is received at the source hub.
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, packaging, etc.
3. Product is used or altered.
4. If the request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery.
5. If the returned product fails Quality Check.
