Presently we only ship within India.
Do you charge extra for shipping?
Shipping (for a limited period) is absolutely free throughout India. However there is a minor shipping charge that applies if your order is below INR 499, so either you can upsize your order or bear with the nominal shipping charge that will apply to your order once you go to the checkout page.
Cash on delivery service is chargeable with Rs. 50 across India.
How soon will you ship out my order?
Once confirmed your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days throughout India.
How soon can I expect the order delivery at my doorstep?
Balenzia endeavors to deliver the products to customers within 4-7 working days from the day of purchase of the Product made by you, depending upon the shipping location. However, the duration of delivery of products can extend up to a period of 10 days from the day of purchase made by you depending on customer location.
